Mercy and Kindness

How easy it is for me to “love the Lord” when His mercy and kindness to me are so abundantly felt. He leads me so profoundly into my everyday life. Psalm 31 tells us to “love the Lord… be of good courage and He shall strengthen your heart…”

That speaks strongly to me because my heart is still ticking on after I flat-lined 20 years ago. His mercy, kindness, and healing presence sustain me every day. Please be assured, had I not known the Lord was in it, had I not been continually aware of His gracious provision, I could not have persevered.

How are you being called to “love the Lord” this day? In whatever it is, know His peace, provision, and presence are with you. He promises to order your steps, to guide you in what you should do, and to be with you always. Blessed be the Name of our Lord!
